Carousel Casino

The Carousel Casino is a land based casino and entertainment complex in the North West province of South Africa. It is 55 km north of Pretoria, along the N1 highway on the way to Polokwane.The Carousel was one of the first casinos present in South Africa. previously Carousel Casino was housed in a former homeland and technically wasn't in South Africa.

The Carousel is one of the oldest casinos in South Africa, having opened in 1991, and is sometimes known as the "home of the millionaire", having made over 100 millionaires out of its players.

The Carousel theme pervades the resort, with marble prancing horses as its central entrance motif. The casino has had a recent refurbishment and upgrade, with all new machines featuring smart card technology.
